Legalex recognizes and respects the right to privacy, with such any person visiting the website of Legalex and downloading and using Legalex mobile application, shall be subject to the terms and policy of Legalex, in respect to the rights enshrined in our laws. Every time you enter an information such as name, contact number, email address, username, password, and other details in our website or mobile application, these serves as an express permission for us to collect said personal details, to ensure that you are well identified, and to make sure your experience in our website and mobile application is properly administered and maintained. Upon plugging in of such information and submitting the same, the website and mobile application shall collect such data.

a.) Your username, password and e-mail address when you register for a Legalex account, either as a lawyer or a user
b.) Profile information that you provide for your profile (e.g. first and last name, picture, age (month/ year of birth), location, phone number).
c.) If you are a lawyer, you will also be asked to provide your firm name if any, address and IBP number. In the course of your use of the site, we may also request additional information from you. For example, you will be asked to describe your areas of practice or expertise, experience, and education.
d.) If you are a user searching for a lawyer, you will be asked to describe your situation or legal issue so that lawyers can evaluate your legal needs and make a response to work for you.
e.) Communication between you and Legalex. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/ updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices)
2. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMAITON
The primary reason that Legalex collects information from the Users is for the Lawyers to give proper consulation based on the needs of the users. Legalex collects information from Lawyers to make sure Users speak or chat with verified Lawyers. In order for our users to have the best experience, we need to collect this information to verify identities of the Users and lawyers.
We may use your contact information for purposes of customer service and providing updates.
3. DELETION OF ACCOUNT
Users and Lawyers have the right to delete their account any time, instructions are listed below.
Steps to delete account:-
1. Home screen
2. click on Menu Icon which is on top right of the screen
3. on setting page there will be Delete account option.
4. Alert will be shown before deleting account with message
5. after confirming account data will be deleted.
